woe, canada.

A few years ago a buddy and I ran something like three miles the morning after a night of very heavy drinking. I remember barely functioning enough afterwards to make it back to my apartment. I half-walked, half-crawled into the living room, put Born in East LA into my dvd player on the repeat setting, and collapsed on the floor. I stayed there the entire morning.

I died every time the movie restarted.

Which was four times. 

That was the last time I went running.
